Combined System (Checkweigher + Metal Detector)

The combined machine measures the metal-contaminated and incorrect weight products coming from the production lines with high precision and accuracy, and separates the metal-contaminated products into one rejection container and the products with incorrect weights into another rejection container. By creating a log record of the measurement results (product with appropriate weight, product with high weight, product with low weight, product contaminated with metal, average weight, total weight, etc.), statistical information is extracted and recorded to USB. It sends e-mails to e-mail addresses defined in the system and provides data to SAP-ERP systems.
